- draw up technical documents and determine work processes,
- cut uppers and bottoms to size,
- prepare uppers, in particular by cutting, skiving and folding,
- stitch uppers and linings together,
- prepare uppers and bottoms,
- join uppers and bottoms to made-to-measure shoes,
- assess quality and take quality assurance measures.
