In this workshop, we looked at how we can assess AAI grantees’ current outreach efforts and use that assessment to identify opportunities for streamlining, strengthening, and expanding engagement. We discussed approaches and shared tools to help grantees map the engagement efforts of single or multiple partners, discussed ways to identify and cultivate existing networks and/or champions, and reviewed key strategies for sector-based or multi-partner efforts.
