Pre-apprenticeship helps individuals, especially those from meet the entry requirements for registered apprenticeship programs and develop skills that set them up for success in these programs and beyond. During this interactive webinar under the theme of sustainability , we will discuss strategies to create high-quality pre-apprenticeship programs that serve as a pipeline for underserved populations into registered apprenticeship. We will also discuss the role that youth apprenticeship can play in developing a pipeline of apprentices starting in high school. This webinar will feature JFF’s Framework for a High-Quality Pre-Apprenticeship Program, pre-apprenticeship best practices from AAI grantees and updates on the growing field of youth apprenticeship.
