Once an apprentice successfully enters an apprenticeship program, there are many ways that a program leads can and should continue to support them to ensure a successful career launch. This webinar will explore what barriers can exist in successfully completing an apprenticeship program and how program leads can identify and help apprentices overcome these barriers. While the discussion has traditionally focused around physical disabilities and issues of childcare and transportation, the grantees we highlight in this webinar will be ones that have invisible barriers that can limit apprentices from completing a program, among others.
